NO SCHOOL FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS-FRIDAY, MAY 17
5TH GRADE MUSIC PERFORMANCE UPDATES
We are looking forward to next week. The students are working really hard and we are excited for the performance. Student MUST memorize all lines by Monday. We have a busy couple of days next week. Please look below for important information.
Monday 5/20 – All students except Chorus members need to wear their costume to school for our dress rehearsal. Students need to bring a change of clothes to change into after rehearsal to wear for the rest of the day.
Wednesday 5/22 – ALL students need to wear their costumes to school. Students need to bring a change of clothes to change into to wear for the rest of the day.
8:50-School Performance for Werner students and staff.
5:30-5:45-Students arrive at Timberline Church in costume and check in with their teachers in the East Auditorium. There will not be any supervision in the rooms prior to 5:30.
6:00-Performance in the South Auditorium
Students will return to the East Auditorium after their performance for parents to check them out with their student’s classroom teacher.

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL-Thursday, May 30
The last day of school will be Thursday, May 30 and dismissal will be at 11:45 a.m. There will not be any half-day kindergarten that day. Lunch will not be served either.
END OF YEAR MEDICATION PICKUP
Medications cannot be sent home with students at the end of the school year.
Parents must pick up all medications on or before the last day of school. Medications must be picked up by the end of the school day. REMINDER: the last day of school is a half day.
If medications need to be picked up before the last day of school, make arrangements with the school nurse or health tech.
Emergency or as-needed medications (Epi-pens, Tylenol, Inhalers, etc.) must also be picked up.
The school nurse will follow state health department procedures and deliver all medications not picked up to the DEA to dispose of properly.
If medications will be brought back to the school in the fall, you may obtain a medical permission form from the health tech in your school, or on the PSD website.
