I have been teaching 4th grade at Werner for 20 years. Needless to say I really love this age group! Before I started at Werner, I was a substitute in the district for two years where I taught kindergarten through high school. Previous to working for PSD, I was a manager at Keystone Resort where I worked at the Children’s Center and did a little skiing as well. Being from Media, Pennsylvania, I went to Rose Tree Elementary at which time I knew I wanted to become a teacher. My family includes my husband, Robert, who is a high school teacher at Rocky Mountain, my two wonderful daughters, and our two new black cats. In my spare time, I love to ski, play golf, read, get together with friends, and visit my lake house in Pennsylvania in the summers. I also used to play lacrosse in college and after, so I now coach my daughter’s 8th grade team during the spring. I’m really looking forward to seeing my students grow academically, responsibly, and socially through many fun and challenging projects and activities in the 4th grade.
