School Accountability Committee

We have a two-team approach for accountability with a Shared Leadership Team (Council) that is composed of staff representatives and a School Accountability Committee (SAC) comprised of parents and staff.  These teams will have a similar function in advising and recommending to the principal on matters of school improvement, but the Council will primarily be responsible for day-to-day decisions that impact the school and development of the school improvement plan, while the SAC will be primarily focused on accountability for the budget and the school improvement plan.
