All About Me: 

Hello!  My name is Katie Meadows and I am the Language Workshop teacher at Werner!  This is my 14th year of teaching in Poudre School District.  I have previously taught first, second, fourth grade and Gifted and Talented.  My husband and I moved to Fort Collins 21 years ago straight out of college from the University of Iowa where I received my bachelor’s degree and later a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado.  We have three amazing kids Olivia (13), Jack (11), and Eliza (9).  We love all of the wonderful opportunities that Colorado offers for raising a family.  When I am not at school I enjoy yoga, spending time outdoors, reading, cooking and trying new recipes, and spending time with my wonderful family! I feel so lucky to be a part of the Werner community and be surrounded by such amazing students, families, and professionals!
